Welcome to Dangify. By creating an account or using the Dangify app and services (“Dangify”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Using Dangify

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Dangify. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload — including Dangz, playlists, and profile media. By posting it, you grant Dangify a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the service so it works as intended.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you don’t have the rights to share.
• Do not post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Rights of others

Dangify respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Dangify infringes your rights, contact us through in-app support with the details and we’ll act promptly.

5. Service changes

We’re continually improving Dangify and may add, change, or remove features. We may also update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Dangify is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
